Location: Soho, NYC | Full-Time, In-Person

AFLALO is seeking an E-commerce Manager to own and elevate our digital storefront. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the details, loves product, and wants to be involved with every aspect of the online business at a growing luxury brand. 

You will be responsible for the daily management of aflalonyc.com, ensuring the site reflects the brand’s world while driving thoughtful, sustainable growth. This is a central role that works closely with merchandising, design, production, marketing, and leadership, and is expected to grow in scope and responsibility as our team expands. This role is best suited for someone who is detail oriented, with a drive to personally execute both high level strategy and daily e-commerce operations, confidently building AFLALO’s online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily operations of aflalonyc.com, including site hygiene, merchandising, and ongoing optimization

  • Complete product uploads end-to-end, including tagging, imagery, and SEO best practices

  • Execute collection launches and seasonal updates with care and precision

  • Ensure site content is accurate, on-brand, and consistent across the platform

  • Build and send newsletters in Klaviyo in alignment with the broader marketing calendar

  • Partner with marketing to support paid initiatives: coordinate assets, secure approvals, align launches with our agency, and report on weekly performance learnings

  • Act as a cross-functional partner between creative, marketing, and operations teams

  • Obsess over site performance: continuously improve site conversion rate and funnel metrics by running tests with clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and measurable outcomes

  • Data-driven across paid and email: understand core KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, AOV) and make clear recommendations based on what the data is showing

  • Practical AI fluency: use AI to improve speed and quality of execution (e.g., SEO content, PDPs, merchandising) and implement AI enhancements to the site experience

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5+ years in a hands-on e-commerce role (fashion or luxury strongly preferred)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable owning multiple workflows simultaneously

  • Strong merchandising eye and product presentation sensibility

  • Experience working with paid marketing teams and performance reporting

  • Comfortable with e-commerce and marketing platforms (Shopify and Klaviyo preferred)

  • Self-directed, proactive, and excited to take ownership in a small, fast-moving team

  • Strong taste level and appreciation for luxury branding and storytelling
