Director of Finance & Planning

Location: New York City
Type: NYC-based with remote flexibility for the right fit

About the Role

AFLALO is seeking a Director of Finance & Planning to lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis, and to support the family office that backs the business. This role is ideal for someone who believes finance should be technology-augmented, systems-driven, and insight-led, not spreadsheet-bound. You will be expected to actively use modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve speed, clarity, and decision quality.

The goal is one integrated view of performance, cash, and investment decisions, with a direct line to leadership and real influence on how the business grows.

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the intersection of luxury brand building, inventory strategy, and capital allocation inside a company that values intelligence, rigor, and modern execution.

You will have direct access to leadership, true ownership over planning and financial decisions, and the opportunity to help build a finance function that is fast, modern, and deeply strategic.

This role is designed for someone on a CFO trajectory who wants to build systems, judgment, and leverage early — and who believes that the future of finance belongs to those who combine human judgment with technological power.
