We are seeking a Senior Ready-to-Wear Designer to join our Soho studio. This role is for a designer with a confident point of view and a deep respect for craft. You will work closely with the team to help shape seasonal collections, contributing meaningfully to the creative direction and evolution of the brand. This is a hands-on, highly creative role within a small studio environment where design integrity, fit, and feeling are paramount. The ideal candidate brings both strong instincts and discipline, with an ability to translate inspiration into refined, wearable luxury.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design seasonal ready-to-wear collections aligned with the Aflalo aesthetic
• Create silhouettes that reflect the brand’s balance of sensuality, femininity, and modern ease
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and design partners throughout the creative process
• Research and interpret inspiration drawn from vintage, runway, art, and culture
• Participate in fittings and contribute to decisions around proportion, construction, and finish
• Support styling direction and creative input for seasonal photoshoots

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience designing ready-to-wear within luxury or directional contemporary fashion
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined point of view and mastery of silhouette and proportion
• Deep understanding of fabric, drape, construction, and elevated detailing
• Experience designing across ready-to-wear categories
• Thoughtful, collaborative, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving studio
• Driven by craft, intuition, and a desire to build something lasting and culturally relevant
